Unfortunately i can't go to my sister regarding this matter..I can't..I'm afraid it would complicate matters..I've been keeping this worry, this fear to myself..There's no one i can turn to..

Walk for twenty minutes at half the speed at which you normally walk. Pay attention to people, places and detail. Repeat the exercise for seven days. This simple exercise is about challenging normal routine and may allow you to grow.
